Steve brings to Market Fresh a career spanning over 30 years of which more than 18 was in the retail sector. He truly has came from the ground up in the industry serving as produce manager, produce supervisor, produce merchandiser, and then on to director level positions were he has marketed fresh produce programs all over the US. He has extensive experience in the development of various retail programs. He has worked with branded programs i.e. trade brands like Nation Fresh and The Fresh 1, consumer brands like Welch’s, Mott’s, and Birds Eye Fresh, and many private brand programs. Steve has a passion for produce which is evidenced by the quality of product and best in class packaging standards he places on every carton shipped.

Jeff brings over 30 year of experience in the produce industry.  He has extensive experience in produce procurement, innovative merchandising, and marketing programs.  He has worked for leading industry companies, including Publix, Associated Wholesale Grocery of Springfield, Banta Foods and Martinous Produce.  Throughout his career, Jeff has been very innovative in working with grower/shipper and developing leading edge programs for retailers and food service customers.

Tammy joined Market Fresh Produce in 2009 bringing over 20 years of experience in the grocery industry, where she served various departments throughout the retail stores including the customer service department where she gained valuable insight to what it takes to keep clients happy on a daily basis.  She is currently serving MFP in the procurement/sales division prioritizing on relations with our preferred client base as well as our national supply partner network.

Tyler recently joined Market Fresh Produce.  He graduated in 2008 from York College with a Bachelor of Science Degree.    During college Tyler was Co-captain of the York College Wrestling Team and qualified twice to wrestle in the NAIA National Championships.   He also worked in the Student Relations Department acting as an ambassador for York College.   Tyler has worked for a wholesale nursery and a custom cabinet carpenter having experience in inventory management and sales/marketing support.

Vickie has worked for Market Fresh Produce since 2006 and currently oversees all Accounting and Operational activity.  She graduated in 1994 from College of the Ozarks with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.  With over 18 years of accounting experience she brings a high level of knowledge to Market Fresh Produce.  Prior industries she has worked in includes Television, State Supreme Court, Vacation Resorts, Medical and Real Estate.

Mark joined Market Fresh Produce LLC in our Accounting Department in 2009.  He graduated in 2008 from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.  He currently oversees AP/AR and assist the accounting department in other areas. He reports to company controller Vickie Phipps.
